Payment Terms
- Payment terms are typically 50% deposit, 50% before shipping
- New customers may require full payment in advance
- Payment methods include wire transfer, credit card, and check
- Late payments may incur interest charges
We strive to provide high-quality products that meet your specifications. However:
- Sample approval is required before production begins
- Minor variations in color, size, and appearance may occur in mass production
- Custom products are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective
- We recommend ordering samples before placing large orders
- Sample costs are typically credited toward future orders
- Shipping costs are additional unless otherwise specified
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees
- Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon shipping
- International shipments may be subject to customs delays and duties
- Buyer is responsible for receiving shipments and any associated costs
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before production begins
- Cancellation fees may apply for orders in production
- Custom artwork and setup fees are non-refundable
Returns
- Defective products may be returned within 30 days
- Custom products cannot be returned unless defective
- Return authorization required before shipping
- Customer pays return shipping unless product is defective
- Customer warrants they own or have rights to all submitted artwork and logos
- Customer indemnifies Summit Bulk Trading against IP infringement claims
- We reserve the right to refuse orders that may infringe intellectual property
- Our company logos, website content, and proprietary designs remain our property
